Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct research in the laboratory of Dr. Edward Campbell to define the mechanisms and consequences of the cell to cell propagation of amyloid protein in neurodegenerative diseases.

Conduct experiments examining the cell to cell spread of alpha-synuclein in vitro. Responsible for the execution and analysis of experiments and preparing manuscripts, under the supervision of the PI.


PhD required

Previous experience in the areas primary neuronal culture, induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs), neuroinflammation and fluorescent microscopy preferred.

Expertise in neuroscience and stem cell culture.
