Duties and Responsibilities

I-TIE (50%)
• Create and maintain an I-TIE calendar of events
• Plan, schedule and record minutes of all I-TIE meetings.
• Assist with I-TIE communications, both verbal and electronic, including social media accounts
• Maintain database of I-TIE ambassadors
• Maintain database of all IPE/IPP activities
• Maintain I-TIE website
• Assist in creating, maintaining and entering data for research databases
• Support any I-TIE grant applications
• Generate purchase requisitions as necessary and process all I-TIE reimbursements
• Administer the I-TIE budget and create monthly reports for I-TIE co-directors
• Provide administrative support for the Loyola Student Committee on Interprofessional Education and Collaboration (SCIEPEC)
• Directly support I-TIE co-directors in administrative activities as needed

CSE (50%)
• Provide administrative support for all interprofessional student simulation activities including monthly TeamSTEPPS sessions and yearly infection prevention sessions
• Maintain a utilization database of all CSE activities
• Record minutes of weekly staff meetings, monthly department meetings, and quarterly Advisory meetings
• Prepare weekly staff schedules and task lists
• Data entry of student performance data
• Proctor student standard patient exams
• Maintain reliability database for standardized patient exams
• Maintain CSE website
• Maintain a database of all inventory within the CSE
• Generate purchase requisitions as necessary

Minimum Education and/or Work Experience

Bachelor’s degree in related field and at least two to three years of related experience required.


Bachelor’s Degree OR equivalent training acquired via work experience or education
3-5 years of previous job-related experience
