Duties and Responsibilities

This position is responsible for the analysis of admission trends and development of strategies with the aim of increasing enrollment in all School of Law programs. This position reports directly to the Dean of the School of Law and is the top Enrollment position for the School of Law.

Specific duties include:

1. Develop and coordinate marketing and recruitment strategies that include on-line communications, media communications, use of social media, and website communications.
2. Maintain an awareness of enrollment and recruitment strategies particular to each of the School of Law’s degree programs.
3. Interpret enrollment trends and data reports, and provide direction for meeting enrollment goals for each of the School of Law’s degree programs.
4. Serve as the editor of all external communications related to enrollment.
5. Facilitate and coordinate communications among the directors of each of the School of Law’s degree programs.
6. Provide technical support to each program in the use of the enrollment systems.
7. Evaluate, plan, and coordinate Loyola’s representation at recruitment events, conferences and meetings both internal and external to the university.
8. Develop networks and participate in appropriate organizations and community outreach for the purpose of recruiting new students.
9. Serve as the primary liaison between the School of Law Online programs and Loyola’s Graduate & Professional Enrollment Management (GPEM) Office for recruitment and admission issues.
10. Develop and coordinate both on-campus and online events for prospective student including open houses, information sessions, and individual advising appointments.
11. Assist in School of Law events as needed, including, but not limited to Orientations, open houses, First-Year student dinners, the engagement with applicants and prospects, at Orientations, and other events.
12. Manage relevant budgets for all of the above.
13. Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Education and/or Work Experience

Experience in enrollment management; excellent work ethic and people skills. Ability and experience working with relevant data.
Master’s Degree required.
Minimum of 10 years of relevant enrollment experience.
