Duties and Responsibilities

-Active recruitment to all SSOM Biomedical Science MS programs, with the primary goal of increasing total enrollment.
- Manages all aspects of the graduate recruitment process and work directly with the MS Admissions Committees
- Identifies and facilitates marketing opportunities, including creation and distribution of advertisements for the graduate programs.
- Develops and maintains database of university and student contacts.
- Maintains and analyzes historical student data.
- Communicates educational program information, including admission requirements and the enrollment process, to interested parties and students.
- Works collaboratively with faculty, staff, alumni and current students to attract new students.
- Provides administrative support related to MS recruitment and admissions.
- Organizes and facilitates institute events, including student visits, seminars, and research meetings.
- Performs other administrative duties as assigned.

Minimum Education and/or Work Experience

Minimum bachelors degree, preferably in the biomedical sciences

- Proactive learner.
- Ability to interact effectively with a variety of people including professionals and students.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
- Computer literacy including experience with word processing and database programs.

Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Internet and email applications.
Proficiency with Social Media Networks including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Youtube.Will need to gain familiarity with website development and maintenance applications.
